UAFS Lions Basketball Team ranks No. 25 in the latest NABC Top National Poll!

UAFS basketball team has two international students!

The UAFS men's basketball team has a lot to be thankful this Thanksgiving season.
UAFS is off to its best start (5-0) since joining the NCAA Division II ranks in the fall of 2009 and is coming off an 83-49 rout of No. 10 Northeastern State on Saturday at the Stubblefield Center.
The win earned the Lions a No. 25 ranking in the latest NABC Top 25 national poll. It is the first time the Lions have been ranked since joining NCAA Division II in the fall of 2009 and their first national ranking since Jan. 11, 2009, when they were ranked No. 11 in the NJCAA Top 25.
The Lions will put their unbeaten record to the test on their longest road trip so far this regular season at 7 p.m. on Friday when they play the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology Hardrockers at Goodell Gymnasium in Rapid City, S.D.
It will be the first encounter ever between these two NCAA Division II programs.
